I was surprised by the volume of persons able to talk German. Most people are Excellent at Talking Russian and at the dining establishments you'll be offered with English menus. Lots of people converse English incredibly perfectly. It is hard to explain what's so incredible about Erivan. It is just the feel. I have never felt so comfy and welcomed.
